The front desk, nursing staff, vascular echo tech(Jennifer) and other professionals (i should have gotten their names)have been truly outstanding. So many medical professionals get complacent. They were all so universally positive, i thought i was in a documentary film on the lost era of patient centered medicine. No film crew, so clearly authentic. The 2 person team of Shelby and Chris performing stress tests on 8 patients today functioned like a well oiled machine. Chris hit a vein in my hand first time. Shelby placed contrast dye in the I V. while I was running on the treadmill! The waiting room was comfortable with a TV and place to eat. Should have brought a book as they recommended. 4 hours goes by fast though. Finally the cardiologist has a great bedside manner, is an encyclopedia of relevant studies when prompted and if he isn't teaching med school,he should( in 30 yrs) So I received the bill I'm the mail and interacted with yet another set if competent individuals. Jen at the desk always. An office manager and true billing expert Nikki. I am new to Medicare and Tricare and she calmly went through the process for me. I just appreciate how 100% of the personnel have hit it out of the park.

having a medical condition that can cause serious health issues you'd like to have a doctor who makes you feel he cares and is concerned about your health. Both Dr Melsjan Shkullaku and doctor Baran Kilical, both made me feel very comfortable and explained both my medical condition as well as the issues that can result from it. They explained everything in an very personable and detailed manner. I cannot say enough how happy I am with both of these doctors. I don't usually recommend doctors too people I know but these two definitely get two thumbs up and I will recommend them to anyone I know that has any heart issues

Dr. Kilical and Dr. Shkullaku are excellent physicians. They are caring, explain medical diagnosis in layman's term so you can really understand and comprehend how to proceed to make the best decision regarding your health care concerns. The Receptionist have great customer service. I most definitely would recommend Annapolis Heart to my family, friends, colleagues, and relatives. Annapolis Heart LLC deserves more stars to rate because the doctors really explain all possible options that fits your medical needs.

I cannot thank Dr. Shkullaku enough for the outstanding care they provided to my husband. His expertise, professionalism, and compassion made all the difference in his treatment and recovery. From diagnosis to procedure and follow-up, he demonstrated remarkable skill and dedication. We are deeply grateful for their life-saving work and highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-quality cardiac care.

The medical assistant who answered the phone and scheduled my testing was absolutely wonderful. She was professional and friendly and really put my mind at ease at a time when I was so unsure and overwhelmed by the unknown. I was able to get in to see a cardiologist within the week which is almost unheard of these days. Dr. Kilacal really listened to my concerns, treated me as a person, and was so methodical and matter of fact about the situation. As a medical professional I can appreciate the time spent explaining the course of treatment and reassuring me -- most people think just because you're a nurse you "already know it." Even the technician who completed my echo and stress test was so calming and welcoming. I really appreciate the lengths the staff went to to ensure a positive and professional experience. Keep up the great work!
